STINGRAY production is based on precise design of car mats for each vehicle model. For this purpose, a 3D scanner is used, which allows creating a digital model of the floor of the interior or trunk and transferring the geometry with maximum accuracy.

Thanks to 3D scanning, STINGRAY car mats precisely follow the shape of the vehicle floor, which ensures a perfect fit, proper contact with the edges of the interior, and effective protection from moisture and dirt.

Technology of Car Mat Production

The production process of STINGRAY car mats begins with creating a digital model of the vehicle interior. Using a 3D scanner, engineers scan the car floor, which allows transferring all contours and features of the interior geometry with maximum accuracy.

After scanning, a mat model is created and a mold for production is developed. This approach allows manufacturing model car mats that precisely follow the shape of the vehicle floor and have high edges to retain moisture, dirt, and snow.

Modern materials are used in production, ensuring strength, elasticity, and resistance to temperature changes. Thanks to this, car mats do not deform, retain their shape, and remain convenient to use for a long time.
